Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This page explains your rights under U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and to limit certain uses of your information for targeted advertising. Sales and Shares
Some of our disclosures of personal information may be considered a "sale" or "share" for cross-contextual behavioral advertising purposes under applicable law. We may also process your personal information for purposes of targeted advertising as defined under applicable law.
The categories of personal information we sell, share, or process for targeted advertising purposes include:

- Internet activity
- Non-precise geolocation data
- Inferences drawn
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16 years old who are California residents. We do not sell or share sensitive personal information.
Right to Opt-Out of Sales or Shares and Targeted Advertising
To the extent we sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA, you have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by us, and to opt out of processing your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.
How to opt out
You may exercise your opt-out rights by emailing us at contact@novyra.ai with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Please include enough information for us to process your request. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond consistent with applicable law.
You may also opt out by turning on a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), in your browser or extension. Please note that when you submit an opt-out through a browser signal we do not know who you are within our systems, and your opt-out will apply only to information collected from tracking technologies on the specific browser from which you opt out. If you delete or reset your cookies, or use a different browser or device, you will need to reconfigure your settings.
If we can readily associate the information collected through website tracking technologies with other information in our systems—for example, if you are logged into your account when you submit the request or we maintain a pseudonymous profile associated with the browser or device from which you submit the request—we will apply the opt-out more broadly across our systems where feasible.

Non-discrimination
You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for exercising your privacy rights conferred by the CCPA or other applicable state privacy laws.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require written proof of the agent's permission and may verify your identity directly.
