Disclosure

Disclosure

We may disclose your information under the following circumstances:

  • within our organization, including to our affiliates.

  • to service providers, including our subcontractors, or agents or other services to us in order to provide a better service and user experience. All such service providers are required to maintain the confidentiality of such information to the extent they receive it. We will disclose your personal information only for legitimate, justifiable, necessary, specific and explicit purposes, and will only disclose the personal information necessary for providing services.

  • to our vendors and other parties for analytics and advertising related purposes. These parties may act as our service providers, or in certain contexts, independently decide how to process your information. We work with agencies, ad networks, technology providers, and other third parties to place ads about our products and services on other websites and services. For example, we place ads though Google that you may view on Google’s platforms as well as on other websites and services. As part of this process, we incorporate tracking technologies into our own Service as well as into our ads displayed on other websites and services. Some of these tracking technologies may track your activities over time and across non-affiliated services or obtain or infer information about you for purposes of showing you relevant advertising based on your preferences and interests (“targeted advertising”). Targeted advertising often involves us incorporating third party tracking technologies into our Service or disclosing (often hashed) identifiers, such as email addresses or Ad IDs, with third parties. These third parties then match our data with their own (or their partners’ data) to deliver ads to you or similar audiences. For example, we incorporate the Meta and LinkedIn pixels on our website to serve ads to relevant audiences based on the data we provide.

We also use audience modeling services, where we and a partner each disclose (often hashed) identifiers to a technology provider. The technology provider then matches common factors between our and the partner’s data to help us understand audience overlap and improve campaign performance.

  • to our third-party business partners and/or with other third parties for the purposes as stated in this Privacy Policy or for other purposes disclosed to you.

  • as required by, or to comply with, applicable law, regulation, court process or other statutory requirement or to enforce our legal rights or agreements with you or others.

  • to respond to requests from any regulatory, supervisory or governmental authorities.

  • where we have reason to believe that someone is causing injury to or interference with our rights or property, other users of the Website or Services, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.

  • if we or any of our affiliates are involved in a transaction of merger, division, liquidation, acquisition or sale of assets or business, your information may be disclosed in connection with the transaction.

  • for other purposes stated in this Privacy Policy with notice to you and your consent.

  • where you direct us to disclose the information.

We may also disclose publicly available information (as that term is defined by applicable law) or information that does not identify you (including information that has been aggregated or de-identified as those terms are defined by applicable law) to the extent permitted by applicable law.
